Santa Clara California...in the heart of the Silicon Valley.
Where did you grow up?
Grew up in Santa Clara, CA....(South Bay area) moved to Nashville in 1995 at age 21. Nothing beats California weather and 49ers football in the 80's and 90's.
Who were your musical influences growing up?
Loved oldies, 50's & 60's...
Who / What was the first live musical performance you experienced?
Beach Boys at Candlestick park following a San Francisco Giants baseball game 1986ish..
What do you remember most about those performances?
Nothing very specific, but I remember that John Stamos was playing drums and my dad wanted to split early and beat the traffic...

Best live performance / concert you have attended? What made it special?
So many great concerts, but my most recent great memory was seeing Crowded House at the Ryman as a guest of
Nick Seymour (the
bass player who I met the night before at the Stage, on Lower Broadway.)

Tell us how you got into show business
As a young person I escaped into music and at some point decided I wanted to work in and around it so I found Belmont University and moved to Nashville without knowing a soul.

Not smart enough to do anything else I guess...

What has been your favorite job in show business?
My most memorable gig was playing for the President at Ford’s Theater in Washington DC with Julie Roberts.

What is your favorite music venue?
I think the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville is amazing!
What is your favorite city to visit and why?
Las Angeles, California .... friends, and weather.

What are your future plans?
A). Finish up the “Dallas Palace” (Danny’s House) by adding on a breakfast room, finishing the basement and nursery and landscape the yards.
